Q: Do I need to change my ClickPay payments with Engage?
A: No. ClickPay integrates with Engage. When you log in to Engage and go to Make a Payment, you should see your ClickPay account.

Designed with your needs in mind, our enhanced portal offers a plethora of features aimed at streamlining your interactions with the Association and our management team. Here’s a glimpse of what’s new:
1. Robust Functionality: Experience a smoother, more efficient platform that’s tailored to meet your expectations.
2. Enhanced Features: Enjoy access to a wider range of features compared to our previous portal, including a dedicated mobile app for swift communication and updates.
3. Seamless Transactions: Manage your account effortlessly by viewing your history, making payments, submitting service requests, and monitoring pending violations – all in one convenient location.
4. Architectural Modification Review (AMR) Submission: Owners can now submit AMR Forms directly through the portal, simplifying the process and saving you valuable time.
5. Update Contact Information: Keep your details current by easily submitting updates through the Owner Update Sheet available in the Online Forms Section.
While transitioning to our new portal, please note that you’ll need to re-register with Engage. The upside? ClickPay integration is seamlessly incorporated into Engage, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued users.
Rest assured, there’s no rush to make the switch. We’ll continue to provide access to the existing portal for the next few months, allowing ample time for you to register with Engage at your convenience.
Keep an eye on your inbox for a separate email containing your invitation to register with Engage. We strongly encourage you to take action promptly upon receiving it. For a quick overview of what Engage has to offer we’ve prepared a brief video for your convenience. Simply use the password “EngageOwners” to access it.

Dear Board Member,
If you recall, a few weeks ago I advised you of the switch to our new owner portal called Engage. In that same email, I also advised the Board that we will also be switching the platform to approve invoices from AvidXchange to Enumerate AP beginning tomorrow. Effective May 1, 2024, all invoices for your Association will now appear in Enumerate AP. In order to approve invoices on this new platform, you should have received an invitation to Register to the new owner portal, Engage.
If you did not receive an invitation to Register, please advise Ana Rivero via email at arivero@alliedpropertygroup.net. As a reminder, not all Board members approve invoices, only one (1) or two (2) Board members from your Association will see the Invoice Approval option in Engage, just like on Avid.
If you have received the email to register and haven't registered, please do so by tomorrow to avoid delays in processing of invoices.
We kindly request that you log in to Avid when prompted, as we will be finalizing any outstanding invoices that have been uploaded over the past few days. Our last day to access Avid is May 31, 2024 but we wish to transition now so that Board members have plenty of time to get used to the new system. At the end of our agreement with Avid, they will send us a link with all of the invoices ever processed for your Association. We will download those files on to our server and it will become part of the Association's records.

New Owner Portal Coming Soon!

Dear Board Member,
Allied’s focus for 2024 is increased customer satisfaction. To accomplish this goal, we have undertaken several initiatives to improve our overall service to not only Board members but to homeowners as well.
In the upcoming days, we will be switching the Owner Portal to Engage, which is a more robust product offered by Enumerate. The new portal will include a Task Manager so that the Manager can better communicate with you the status of projects they are working on. It will also include a Communication Board where the Board can post comments on a subject matter without the need to send several emails on one topic. The Communication Board will allow us to streamline communication and stay better organized/focused. The new portal offers a better platform and more features than our current portal. Finally, it has an App that owners can download to make accessibility easier.
The only downfall is that owners will need to re-register with Engage. The good news is that ClickPay is fully integrated into Engage, meaning that once an owner logs in to Engage, their ClickPay account is automatically linked.
There is no immediate deadline for owners to register on to Engage. We will continue offering the existing portal for the next few months, to give owners plenty of time to register with Engage. Fortunately, because this does not impact ClickPay, there is no interruption or delay in payments. This is an added feature for owners to use.
We encourage you as a Board Member to log in and Register as soon as you receive the invitation to register. Engage worked with us and transferred most of the documents that we had uploaded on to the system and our team is working towards uploading a standard AMR form, Occupant Update Sheet, and other Dynamic Forms. As we begin to use Engage, we encourage you to provide us feedback.
As part of this change, we will be switching your association’s invoice approval, from Avid to Engage’s AP Approval platform. This new format of approving invoices continues to be secure but because it will be processed by Allied’s AP Associates, the invoices and vendor payments will be processed faster and mailed from our Miami office. This will eliminate delayed payments to vendors.
Please continue using Avid for the upcoming week, but beginning Monday, April 22nd and forward, all invoices will be approved through the Engage AP Approval platform. Board members who approve invoices must be registered on Engage by April 22nd.
